Our Return Commitment

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Your satisfaction is our priority, just like your performance on the course is yours.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf gloves (All Weather Gloves, Golf Gloves)
  • Base layers (worn next to skin)
  • Headwear (caps, hats, etc.)

These items must meet our quality standards before shipping, so we trust you’ll find them tournament-ready.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 24-48 hours, our customer service team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship

Please:

  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Securely package the item(s)
  • Write your return authorization number on the package
  • Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insured shipping)

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return approval

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery:

For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

Return Shipping Costs
