We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All golf gloves (including All Weather Gloves and Golf Gloves)
- Base layers (worn next to skin)
- Headwear (caps, hats, etc.)
These items are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our tournament-ready quality standards.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 24-48 hours, our customer service team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship
Please:
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Securely package the item(s)
- Write your return authorization number on the package
- Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insured shipping)
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return approval
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Please allow additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery:

- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the return
For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
